An active member is a monthly club box member who pays for and receives their box within the month. As an active member, you'll receive the fantastic 15% off ALL RTS blanks for that month. Who doesn't love extra perks?
Are there any hidden fees?
No way! We like to keep things transparent and exciting. The price you see is the price you pay, month after month. No surprises or hidden charges. Pinky promise!
Is there a commitment or can I cancel anytime?
No strings attached, my friend! You're free to cancel anytime. However, please remember you MUST send an email to email@example.com to cancel before the 10th of the month because once we process payments, refunds aren't available. We want to make sure you have the best sublimation experience possible!
What if I want to skip a month?
Life happens, and we totally get it! If you need to skip a month, you can. Just keep in mind that you won't be considered an active member during that time. This means you won't receive the amazing 15% discount, and you'll be temporarily removed from the exclusive VIP group. After two months of inactivity, your account will be automatically canceled. We want to make sure we're keeping the party going with our active members!

Do you offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges?
Due to the sensitive nature of our sublimation blank products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you receive a damaged product, we've got your back! Just send us an email with photos within 7 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll provide you with store credit to use on your next order. Please note that store credit excludes the shipping cost. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction!

Why haven't I received my box yet?
If it's before the 1st-7th of the month, hold tight! Your box hasn't shipped out yet. Please refer to our shipping question above for more details. We ship our boxes via USPS or UPS depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number.
