How do we know when a product is back in stock?

We have an in stock alert app. Once a product is back in stock you will receive an email or a text alert depending on how you signed up.

Where do the products ship from?

Sub This & That ships out of Indiana, the Hoosier state

Does Sub This & That have a minimum order quantity ( MOQ)?

No, we do not have any minimums on orders at this time. One of our many perks here at Sub This & That! We believe in keeping expenses low for our customers no matter how much they can purchase. We realize not everyone owns a business and can purchase in bulk.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping carrier you choose at checkout. All orders ship out within 1-3 business days. However we strive for the next day depending on the amount of orders, or if it's a weekend or holiday.

How much is shipping?

All shipping is based on the size and weight of your package and the service you choose. We always use the best shipping option for our customers.

What shipping service do you use to ship orders?

We use USPS or UPS for all our shipping needs. All orders are tracked and insured for all Priority and UPS services for both the customer and Sub This & That's protection

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately we do not at this time. We only ship to the lower US 48 states. Extra charge for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?

We can't modify orders; however we can cancel an order before it's processed. We do charge a 5% fee for canceling. This helps to keep our prices low and competitive. WE DO NOT CANCEL OR REFUND ANY DELAYED OR ALREADY SHIPPED ORDERS!!

Can I get a refund if I don't want something?

We do not accept refunds due to the sensitive nature of our products. If there is something wrong with your product we will give you a store credit to use on your next order. Store credit excludes shipping cost. It has to be an unusable product due to damage. Sequin products with a few twisted sequins can be twisted back in place and don't qualify unless it's useless.

What if I receive something damaged?

If you receive something damaged you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to support@subthisandthat.com. Don't forget to add photos of both the shipping box and the product or products so we can file the claim. We will need as much information as possible to file the claim. Once we file your claim it will take 3-5 business days for us to respond and send your store credit. via email.

How do I track my order?

Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can also log into your account and click order history and track it there.
