When will my package arrive?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped out with your tracking number.  All orders ship out within 1-3 business days. However we strive for the next day depending on the amount of orders, or if it's a weekend or holiday. The estimated time to  receive  your order is 3 business days after your order has shipped. It also depends on the shipping carrier you choose at the checkout.

What do I do if I received a damaged product?
Sub This & That is not liable for any products damaged by the shipping carrier or lost during shipping. However If you received your order damaged, we need you to contact us within 5 days of delivery per tracking # so we can file the claim. Please SAVE all the packaging materials in case the shipping carrier asks for more proof for claim.. We also need you to email us photos of the outside box and the product or products for the claim to be valid. Please send an email to support@subthisandthat.com

How do you calculate shipping? 
All shipping is based on the size and weight of your package and the service you choose. We always use the best shipping option for our customers so it could change unless you have added in a note for shipping a particular carrier.

Please double check your shipping and billing address because we will only ship to the address listed on your order. We use USPS or UPS for all our shipping needs. All orders are tracked for both the customer and Sub This & That's protection.

We ship to the lower 48 US states plus Alaska & Hawaii. We NOW ship to Canada.
