How does this work? 
It's simple, friends! Once you pay for your first month, you are good to go! After that, you'll be automatically billed on the 11th of each month and your mystery SURPRISE sublimation blanks box will ship straight to your door.

How much does it cost?
Our monthly club membership to Sub This & That is $44.99 per month. Each box includes Free shipping to the lower 48 states plus Alaska  & Hawaii. Shipping's on Sub This & That for your monthly box club....that's a $120 VALUE per year.

What's in the box?
Every box includes 6-8 blank popular trending sublimation products. Each box has a time & temperature card along with any special pressing instructions.

We create every box with a mystery theme of products that coordinate with trending popular products, upcoming holidays, events, or fun themes.

What is an active member?
An active member is a monthly club box member that pays and receives their box that month. If you are active you will receive your 15% off ALL blanks that month. For example, if you skip a month or cancel you are not eligible for the 15% off ALL blanks. However, if you skip a month you will remain in our exclusive VIP group unless it's more than 2 months, then you will be removed from the group. 

DISCLAIMER: You can skip 2x in a year, after that your membership will be cancelled and you will be removed from our VIP group. We want to be fair to all our box club members.

Are there any hidden fees?
No way! The price you see is the price you'll pay, every single month. If at any point you choose to cancel and re-enroll, you'll be responsible for the membership cost at that time. 

What if I want to skip a month?
Yes, you can skip a month however you won't be active so you won't get the 15% discount. If you skip more than 2 months in a row you will be removed from the exclusive VIP group and your account will be automatically canceled.

When will I receive my box?
We ship out ALL our monthly club boxes between the 15-20th of every month. When you subscribe by the end of the month, your box will ship out on or before the 15-20th. 

Shipping timeline examples:

Orders placed between the 1st & last day of the month will ship out between the 15-20th. 

Orders placed after the 15th of that month will receive that month's box up until the last day of the month. Unless the box is SOLD out. Then you will receive the next months box

For example, if you sign up between the 1st- and the last day of that month you will receive that month's box until they sell out. 

DISCLAIMER: if sold out you will get the next month's box.

Where do you ship?
We currently ONLY ship within the lower 48 states plus Alaska & Hawaii. 

When will my monthly club box renewal get charged?
All box club renewals automatically charge on the 11th of every month. 

What if I need to change my info?
Don't worry, friends! Updating your account is simple. Just login to your account and you can easily change it from there. 

Do you offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges?
We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancelations due to the sensitive nature of our sublimation blank products. If there's something wrong with with a product we will give you a store credit to use on your next order. Store credit excludes the shipping cost. It has to be a unusable product due to damage. 

DISCLAIMER: We need you to send us an email with photos within 7 days of the delivery to qualify for store credit. Our email is 


What do I do if I receive a damaged or missing product in my monthly club box?
We want to help resolve your issue. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at within 7 days of delivery per tracking # to notify us of a defect or missing item. 

If there's a damaged product or a missing product we will give you a store credit to use on your next order. Store credit excludes the shipping cost. It has to be a unusable product due to damage. 

Please include your order number and a description of the defect along with photos. Once completed we will get back to you with a resolution within 24-48 hours. 

Why haven't I received my box yet?
If its before the 15th of the month it hasn't shipped out yet. Please refer to our shipping question above. We ship our boxes via USPS, which is still experiencing shipping delays. Your tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. If you still have questions, please contact us at the
